WINES - dry                                                                      

 

Cabernet Sauvignon – 1-1/2 years old - medium oaked, berry, chocolate, pipe tobacco aromas, deep purple color, first sip is usually slightly sweet then dryness sets in. There is no more of this particular lot.

 

Merlot –  2 years old -Very dry, lightly oaked, deep rich flavor of old world style wines. Bottled in “Old World Style” -  Aromas – orange truffle, berry, chocolate. There is no more of this particular lot.

 

Chardonnay – 2 years old - Dry white wine, slight buttery tart taste, aromas of green apples, pears, and dry grass. There is no more of this particular lot.

 

WINES - -sweet

 

Cappuccetto Ross – means “Little Red Riding Hood” or “Lady in Red”. 75% cab-25% sweet merlot blend. Loaded with berry and chocolate covered cherry aroma, sweet and slightly tart. Palate cleansing wine good with powerful foods

 

Rose Rock Red – 75%,merlot -25%sweet cab blend – acidic, sweet tart flavor, sip slowly, very robust berry aroma. This wine gives spicy foods a real HOT kick.

 

White Muscadine – 100% muscadine grapes, Nascar aroma of nitro methane and burned runner along with woodsy outdoor and berry. Wonderful sweet, crisp wine reminds most of southern childhood memories.

 

White Zinfandel – 100% zinfandel, aroma of raspberries and strawberries, very smooth and sweet.

 

Sandstone Red - Blend of Concord, muscadine and zinfandel wines. Loaded with flavors and aromas of all three wines.

 

Concord – Wonderful sweet fruity flavor. Great as an after dinner wine.

 

Gooseberry – Smooth sweet white perfect as after dinner desert. Crisp and clean taste. Flavor lingers several minutes after sipping.

 

Peach - Very peachy aroma. Soft on palate. Wonderful as is or with a shot of 7-Up or Sprite as a peach spritzer.
